At SyncTimes, we're committed to continually improving our product by incorporating valuable feedback from both our customers and employees. We're excited to announce several new features set to launch before the end of 2024. Please note that the exact timeline is subject to change if new priorities emerge, as we remain dedicated to providing the best possible experience.
During emergencies, our new features will include screen takeovers and screen tickers, ensuring that care teams are always alerted, even if their sound is muted. Additionally, group notifications for emergencies, set by admins, will also be available to further enhance team coordination and response.
Currently, signing up for notifications can be somewhat complicated and requires detailed explanations. With the upcoming update, the process of opting in, changing, and viewing notifications will be significantly simplified.
Comparing your organization's data with others can greatly help in setting realistic and effective goals. Currently, this can be done using the benchmarking report. However, we are enhancing it to be more user-friendly and readable, and introducing the ability to compare different roles.
Transferring patients to a different room will now automatically include their icons, ensuring all relevant information stays with the patient. Additionally, you will be able to transfer individual patients even when multiple patients are checked into the same room.
Gamification is simply about making something easier and more enjoyable to use (think less video game, more seamless experience). Care Teams use SyncTimes every day, and we aim to make it more engaging by adding features such as a leaderboard, first user training, and new feature introductions.
SyncTimes is getting a makeover to enhance navigation and simplify report usage. This is an ongoing improvement process, but we’re excited to roll out significant updates very soon.
