Tablet is Not Picking Up Badges

  • First, locate the receiver found under the tablet (see picture for reference). 
  • Unplug it and replug it back in to the "USB 3.0" spot. Check to see if a red light starts blinking on the back of the receiver.
     
  • Test with a beacon to see if users are being picking up in that room now.
     
  • If there isn't a light or if users still aren't being picked up, the receiver will have to be replaced. Contact SyncTimes to get it replaced.
