Internal Benchmarking
The benchmarking report offers access to reports similar to those found in Productivity or Staff Utilization reports, along with guidelines that indicate which quartiles the performance falls under.
External Benchmarking
Users can benchmark their company performance against other SyncTimes customers by selecting other companies in the anonymous list of benchmark users at the bottom of the filters column.
When benchmarking against other orgs we recommend grouping by "Org".
