If you're beacon's battery indicator lights up indicating power, but doesn't register you in an exam room then first, validate the problem by testing other rooms with sensors. This is to see if there is a problem with the beacon or with a sensor in a room.
If your beacon is picked up in a different room, the sensor has a problem. If it's a room with a tablet, please refer to the "Tablets(***fix link)" troubleshooting section. If there is no tablet in the room, then there is a problem with the node in the ceiling, and you can refer to the "Nodes (***fix link)" troubleshooting section.
